The kit accommodates both 16" and 24" on center attics (standard size of all attics built after 1957) so you do not need to know how your attic is configured. The Atticraft can be easily removed and taken from home to home (great for renters or homeowners). For installation, clips adjust for off center joist work (the panels can slide on the clip to compensate). All other products on the market are fixed in size. If the joist work is not perfectly 16" or 24" on center (which most joist work is not) these other products will not work well or at all. No other product on the market has these features!
